Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

Possivo (“Possivo”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Saleh Mustafa, registered in Sweden. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Possivo website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. If you use Possivo on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Possivo offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, not using it to break the law, and not uploading content you do not have the right to use.

You are responsible for the player data, scouting notes, and other content you add to Possivo, and for having a lawful basis to store it.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create in Possivo — your formations, scenarios, notes, and squad data. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your tactical work, and we do not sell it.

6. AI features

Possivo includes AI-assisted analysis and tactical suggestions. These are decision-support tools, not guarantees. The AI interprets the facts of the board; it does not replace your judgment as a coach. You are responsible for any decision you make using its output.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will let you know before it takes effect.

8. Termination

You may stop using Possivo at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we are required to act on by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [TIME PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.
